What can T3SC do for you?

Are you in a community group or want to set one up?

T3SC's Support and Development Team provides support to Tameside's community groups from setting up to funding information and advice. We also can help to publicise you and your events and provide useful information in our
E-Bulletin, website or Newsletter.

We also have resources including a resource room with a comprehensive library of books, periodicals and leaflets relevant to the third sector and two computers with access to GRANTfinder and Funderfinder and translation packages.

See more on how T3SC's Support and Development Team can support your community group.

Do you work in the voluntary sector?

Are you a Community Development Worker? We hold a Community Development Lunch every six weeks where you can meet up with other workers and share experiences, discuss issues and have a chat over a buffet lunch.

If you work with children, young people and families Veronica Hyde, our Community Networker, can support you and has a Children and Young People page with news and resources.

Do you want to have a say in local issues?

T3SC work with a range different networks to get their voices heard on local issues that are important to them. Find out how you can get involved in one of the local networks we currently work with.

T3SC's Impact

T3SC works in a number of different areas including supporting voluntary and community groups with running their group and applying for funding and giving Tameside's communities a voice through the networks, amongst other things.

To see some examples of T3SC work and how it has affected groups and members of Tameside's communities have a look at these A4 handouts.
