IDAHO Day walk and picnic
16 May, 1pm at Ashton Town Hall

Proud Tameside (with the support of T3SC) is organising a walk and picnic to mark IDAHO Day. IDAHO stands for International Day Against Homophobia.

IDAHO is needed because 86 countries still criminalise homosexuals and in 7 of those countries it is punishable by death.

We are holding the walk and picnic on the 16 May at 1pm and plan to walk from Ashton Town Hall to Stamford Park. Everyone is welcome just bring your picnic along.

If you are interested in coming along please contact Anna at T3SC for more details, Tel: 0161 339 4985, email anna.hynes@t3sc.org. Look out for the rainbow flags on public buildings across Tameside. These promote the positive work that is happening in Tameside to support the LGBT community.
