Develop your skills as a young researcher!
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to help out
at Tameside 3rd Sector Coalition. Based in Ashton you will be helping do
a large questionnaire survey that will be sent out to hundreds of
volunteers and paid staff who work with families, children and young
people in the Tameside area.
Activities you will be getting involved in will be administration,
telephone interviewing, photocopying, mail outs, data inputting and
assistance at a conference at the end of the project.
The volunteer activity is pretty flexible so will only have to do a
couple of hours a week but if you want to do more you can. Need to be 16
-25 years old.
All young people who take part in this volunteering activity will be
eligible to get the New V Award, which is a Nationally Recognised
Certificate.
If you are interested please ring Stuart Vaughan on 0161 339 4985
to have an informal talk about the project.
